    Pros: Nice picture

    Cons: Too complicated to keep running and updated with latest firmware.

    Very unhappy with this product! I upgraded the firmware once before when I kept getting the "no disc" error on any DVD other than a BluRay disc. The upgrade fixed it. It played all discs up until 5 days ago, then started with the same error... on regular DVDs. I upgraded the latest firmware again, downloaded it again, tried it twice, but even after the upgrade, it still is giving the "no disc" error. I finally unplugged it and have switched back to our Sony HDMI DVD player. It shouldn't be this hard to just watch a DVD. I'm very unhappy with the product. I don't think you should have to be a computer engineer to keep the thing going. I just want to plug the thing in and have it work. Read more Less
