Pros: Easy to use, Two Surfaces to cook on
Cons: drippings spill over the back and you have to make sure you clean the underside.
Areal good product to have. I use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can cook your breakfast meats on the grill and cook your eggs and pancakes on the griddle. I use the griddle to make Teppanyaki. Man is it wonderful.
