    Pros: Tim's drums,Ler's Guit,&Les' Bass - in that order.

    Cons: People who think it's terrible are republicans.

    Let's see...10 reviews posted here. 9 out of 10 are 5 stars. And 1 guy just doesn't get it. That's why people who like Creed, Korn, Slaughter, Nickelback and anyone who where's a grill on their teeth are usually 1 person out of 10.

    those damn blue collar tweakers is a cool song , but the rest of this just sucks.

    Best Primus to date!

    This is my favorite Primus album to date. I've heard there new cd, "Antipop" and its also an awesome cd but nothing comes close to Sailing the Seas of Cheese. As soon as you put the cd in, your blown away by the slap bassing of Claypool, the beats o...f Herb and the melodic guitar riffs of Lalonde. Songs such as "Jerry Was a Race Car Driver" and "Tommy the Cat" show exactly what Primus are about. Definitly a lasting and most awesome band of the 90's and into the year 2000. I just hope the new stuff is as good or better then the stuff so far. Read more Less

    One finely crafted piece of sh... work!

    Seas of Cheese is perhaps Primus' most diverse, technically challanging and creative album released to date. My favorite song is "Fish On" due to its tremendously descriptive tones which lead the listener into a virtual fishing trip. The drumming is... superb as the percussion embodies the death thrawls of a fleeing fish nabbed by a lucky angler. Songs such as "Sathington Waltz" and "Grandad's Little Ditty" really change up the pace of this eclectic album and add a level of depth to the disc. This album is great for any range of listeners, if you can respect finely crafted music you should enjoy this work. Read more Less
