Scaling a particular vision of alternative pop style by directing sole impressions of artful rock, Said Sadly first began as a solo enterprise of guitarist and songwriter Joe DiBiase. DiBiase, who in the beginning of the '90s was involved with other groups in his hometown of Lehigh Valley, PA, soon found out that his musical creations lacked a distinct outfit.
