    Pros: performed well when working

    Cons: no customer support

    I purchased this machine new and within one month it blew a steam line, sent it in(had to pay for shipping),got it back and within a day it did it again. Sent in again(paid for shipping again). Again it happened. sent in one last time and again it happened. After that I just took it apart and fixed that problem myself. After that I had nothing but problems with it. After one year of continuous problems I threw it in the trash

    Pros: Easy to use

    Cons: a bit plasticy for such an expensive machine

    Not a cheap product byt it delivers a good coffee its easy to set up and use you can coose your onwn particular settings and your away. It even tells you when your out of coffee water etc or the dreg bin needs emptying.

    The auto clean and descale funtions keep the machine in good order.
