Pros: Easy to use
Cons: a bit plasticy for such an expensive machine
Not a cheap product byt it delivers a good coffee its easy to set up and use you can coose your onwn particular settings and your away. It even tells you when your out of coffee water etc or the dreg bin needs emptying.
The auto clean and descale funtions keep the machine in good order.
