    Pros: This machine makes the best cup of coffee that I have ever tasted. It is easy to clean and the computer signals me when I need to perform a function. The support system is superb. When I needed help to descale, they stayed with me throughout the process and even sent me a sample of the descaling solution which I could not find at any store.

    Cons: None

    I can't say enough good things about this appliance. Would that all my appliances operated as well as this one. I've had my machine for a year and wonder who I wu
    ould get along wiwthout it.
