As with all Jackie Chan movies, I think this was another excellant movie of his. I also liked Chris Tucker in the movie too. He's also a good actor.

Still funny after all these years

I've seen this movie AT LEAST 100 times! It's still a classic each and every time I watch it and it still makes me laugh just as hard as it did the first time I watched it. If you haven't seen this movie, then something is wrong with you.... Tucker and Chan are a great team and they will make you laugh many times. Be sure to keep the tape/dvd rolling at the end to see the outtakes! I highly recommend ya'll see this movie if you haven't, and even if you have.. hell I've seen it a 100 times and will see it at least 100 more before I die! :) Read more Less

this movie is pretty good. it has the hilariousness of chris tucker and the action of jackie chan. it is a very action packed movie. this is a good movie to watch.

Just like Your average reviewer on Rush Hour 2. This was a great action, funny, and I thought the plot was a lot better than Rush Hour 2.Great acting too!

Brett Ratner did a great job publishing this movie and DVD. The entire DVD consists of an hour extra footage of Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker working hard. Apparently Brett is a big fan of Jackie Chan and felt that he would be the one that would re-i...ntroduce Jackie to the hollywood screen. Chris Tucker is also a great fan of Jackie Chan, realizing Jackie's international status, and Brett also realizes Jackie's directing abilities of over 20 years.This movie was so well done in Hollywood fashion, it totally is a quality DVD. Sound is great, the behind the scenes cut could've made this movie even bigger. The story is so well written, at times you felt the sorrow for the child who's counselor father felt so deeply about expresses. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan are both respective comedians and action stars. This DVD is on top of the list if you are a Jackie Chan collector.I gave it 5 stars. I'm looking foward to RUSH HOUR II, which is apparently in the making which will now take place in Hong Kong. Read more Less

Chris Tucker has got to be the cutest and funniest of them all. Chan was very funny also. this is a must see i would recommend it to ALL ages and characters.

I've seen lots of Jackine Chan movies which never released in US, compare to them this movie is a joke, worst yet, there is no female lead character in this moive, that's a big no no. Plus Chris Tucker is so annoying. Hopefully, Rush hour 2 will be b...etter. Read more Less
