My 4th Al Cd, and it is amazing! One of my favorite songs is (GASP) Germs!! And no complaints on Truck Drivin Song and Grapefruit Diet! Those are awsome songs! Of couse, every single one is! Albequerke is amazing!! 12 minutes of classic al!! It's hard to memorize! Oh, and put this cd in your computer, and look at the CDs files. SUPRISE!! :)

This is my favorite Weird Al Song of all time and it should be yours too. It is extremely hilarious and awsomely wonderful. If you have never heard it LISTEN TO IT! Thankyou for reading my review this album is worth buying.

I'm a fan of weird al and he has only had a few songs i have not liked.I think Running With Scissors is a good addition to your CD collection.

Weird Al Yankovic is a retard! His songs aren't funny at all! All you retards who think that Weird Al is funny, get a life! If you want real comedy, listen to Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy, Bob & Tom, and Richard Pryor. Not this retarded

But Weird Al now has a total of ten studio albums worth of new material, all the way since 1981. As long as pop music retains its corny edge, you know Weird Al's gonna have new stuff comin'. He better do it soon...I'd love to hear him goof Britney and the boy bands so much.
But RUNNING WITH SCISSORS is wild. Don McLean ("The Saga Begins"), The Offspring ("Pretty Fly For A Rabbi"), Barenaked Ladies ("Jerry Springer"), Cherry Poppin' Daddies ("Grapefruit Diet") and Puffy ("It's All About The Pentiums") get their due. Style parodies still in the mix (the NIN-tinged "Germs" and the "Truck Drivin' Song"), the "Weird Al Show Theme" is here, the polka medley still sounds excellent, and the best original Weird Al song ever recorded is here: the 12 minute epic "Albuquerque" which dares you to be stupid.Was this review helpful? Oh my god. Albuquerque is the most hilarious song I have heard in a loooooong time. God only knows what possessed him to come up with 11 minutes of pure comic genious.

Mr. Weird is as funny as ever with his latest album. Although some of the language on this one isn't meant for the kids (Jerry Springer).

It really depends...i mean, they all are parodies of what's popular at the time. If you like recent music, go for this one...Running w/ scissors and Alapalooza are the two best, IMHO...Bad Hair Day is cool, too

I took the liberty of glancing through the ratings that the various Al albums had gotten. It wasn't difficult to choose "Running With Scissors" as my first visit to the "Weird Al" dimension. And I'm glad I did. A few of the songs are limping along, but none of them are really bad, and most of the songs here are truly inspired and hilarious.
Standouts (most of the tracks): "The Saga Begins", "Pretty Fly for a Rabbi", "Jerry Springer", "Germs", "Polka Power!", "It's All About the Pentiums", "Albuquerque".Was this review helpful? Yes - NoRe: too funny

All these songs are great! I love them! This gets a 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up. He rocks. I hope everyone knows he's so funny and I think everyone would like this album. Go Weird al!

this is a hilarious addition to anyone's cd collection. there is a reason almost everyone is giving it 5 stars. this is Yankovic's best disc yet and one of the greatest musical comedy albums.

I own thousands of "albums" comedic and otherwise. Running With Scissors is by far one of the best in my collection. Obviously a very humorous release, but also very musically sound. This is an incredibly talented and commited group of musicians.Thanks Al for yet another GREAT album !
