The arty noise-rock band Rubberbullet was formed in Dallas in 1993 by drummer Earl Harvin, who has also served as a session and tour drummer (Seal, The The, MC 900 Ft. Jesus) and the leader of his own jazz quartet (his releases for Leaning House include 1995's Trio/Quartet and 1997's Strange Happy, with Dave Palmer).
