    Pros: Pat Brady is hillarious!

Cons: Dale Evans isn't on here...but we get two leading ladies instead of one

Oh my, this movie has some of the funniest scenes of any Roy Rogers movie. One of them is during the song "Biscuit Blues" sung by Pat Brady and the other Sons of the Pioneers. You should just see the faces Pat can make when he gets animated... enough! The whole song is goofy, with Pat (the cook) singing to his fellow-Pioneers about his constant and detestable menu of biscuits. In the end, he suggest this wonderful feast to them, (roast beef, glasses of wine) only to tell them that they're getting biscuits instead. You have to see it to appreciate it! Another of the great songs are "I'm An Old Cowhand" sung by Roy Rogers. The Sons with Roy perform a few songs on stage later during the movie, but the definite song highlight is "Biscuit Blues" This movie is a great one, certainly one I'd heartily recommend to any Roy Rogers/Sons of the Pioneers fan.
