Roy Gonzales
1920s Cajun musician Roy Gonzales was a guitarist and singer from Lafayette, Louisiana. Gonzales' repertoire included singing Jimmie Rodgers' songs in French. Gonzales accompanied John Bertrand in the studio in 1929, but recorded only two songs under his name, including his version of Rodgers', "Waiting For A Train."
