Daughter of British folk icons Rick Kemp and Maddy Prior (from Steeleye Span), Rose Kemp tried her hand at her parents' music, singing in and writing for her mother's trio when she was only 15 and releasing a solo album, Glance, in 2003, before she realized that her interests truly lay in harderedged electric guitaroriented rock songs. She selfissued a minialbum with help from members of the Oxfordbased band the Fourers, eventually moving to London, and then to Bristol, where she had developed...
