Pros: If you own one, you'll know!

Cons: No tritium anymore in the hands or on the numbers.

The only appreciate in value. I bought my first Sub in 1993. It had tritium in the hands and on the numbers to aid in reading the time at night, or on a night scuba dive...My new one that I bought in 2006 doesn't have tritium, but instead some ki...nd of glow in the dark stuff that requires "charging" in a light. It's the only thing I don't like about my new one...I guess the Swiss went "green". Still, it's an amazing watch. If you wear one, you can spot someone with this watch on from across the room! I wish I had more! Buy it, you won't regret it, EVER! It's the best 5k you'll ever spend. Don't look at it as a 5k purchase, rather, look at it as something you can pass on to someone special when you croak from old age. : ) Cheers... Read more Less
