Roberto Cantoral is the composer of Latin standards, including "El Reloj," "La Barca," "Regálame Esta Noche," "El Triste," "Al Final," and "Demasiado Tarde," as well as the founder and leader of los Tres Caballeros. Though he was born in Tampico, Cantoral later moved to Mexico City to go to college.
