A versatile and adventurous saxophonist, Rob Reddy made a strong impression with his debut recording as a leader, Post-War Euphoria (which was released in 1996 by the Songlines label). He grew up on Long Island and moved to New York City in 1985. Reddy gained important experience touring with Ronald Shannon Jackson's Decoding Society, playing free funk but also discovering the passion of gospel music.
