    Pros: Good concept - removable pan

    Cons: Very poor performance

    The skillet does not ever reach the maximum temperature. We tried to brown meat - not possible. We tried pancakes - it took forever for them to cook. We tried chicken - not enough heat to properly cook. We e-mailed Rival. NO ANSWER. Ignored our quest...ions about the product. This skillet should be removed from the market. Read more Less

    Cons: Not hot enough

    I bought this skillet yesterday in anticipation of having a house full of guests over for a fried chicken dinner. I chose this model because the removable pan seemed like a great idea. I wish I had seen the online reviews beforehand.The skillet never... got hot enough. The chicken just sat there soaking in oil. I had to transfer it all to a regular skillet on my stove. What a mess.
