Ripper 2 (2005)

Prolific exploitation director Lloyd Simandl helms the slasher sequel RIPPER 2: LETTERS FROM WITHIN. Molly Keller, the protagonist of the first film, has been sent to a mental institution after being blamed for a series of murders. Molly is an expert on serial killers, making her even more suspicious, but is also, unbeknownst to most, the direct descendent of Jack the Ripper. The director of the institution involves her in an experimental technique that involves immersing patients in a dream world where they can overcome their problems, and the treatment seems to work. But then, patients and doctors begin to be murdered one-by-one...is it possible that Molly's cure has had a disastrous side effect? RIPPER 2 is similar in conception to the popular NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET series.
