    O my God!Stop right now and forget you ever saw such a peice of junk! this thing has horrible soft ware and a casing that might last a week with normal ussage, the harddrive is cheap and im furious this is even sold, I owned one (owned!) and it could...nt compare to my Archos Recorder/MP3 model 20 , $319 and easily bought on www.amazon.com, The Archos is Ten Times better hands down number one, I would give the Riot a negative 5 or even a zero if possiblePlease Nobel Shopper Don't buy this Product Read more Less

    I have had nothing but trouble with my rio riot. After 6 weeks (just past the 30 days where I could return it to the purchase place), it just stopped working. Wouldnt even turn on or do anything. I complained to the manufacturer and they sent me a re...placement - so I took the hours of time to put another 5 gigs of music back on it, and guess what happened two months later? It completely stopped working again - totally unresponsive. Im now in the process of contacting the manufacturer again, but I would give anything to go back in time and spend my $300 on something else. I never did anything remotely damaging to my player and the situation is ridiculous. Read more Less
