Ribbit King GameCube

Ribbit King players grab their favorite frogs and launch them, high through the air, toward a small and distant goal. The player who puts his or her frog in the hole with the fewest strokes wins. Featuring bright, colorful courses, humorous animations, and simple, superdeformed characters, Ribbit King's presentation promotes a lighthearted mood fitting for a game of "frog golf." Released for GameCube in Japan as Kero Kero King DX (the PS2 port is called Kero Kero King Super DX), this golfinfluenced frogflinging game offers ten distinct characters, and 20 levels set across five different game worlds. Players launch their frogs by placing them on a special stand and pounding a lever with a hammer. Frogs can be sent far and wide with this technique, but they don't seem to mind (too much). ~ T.J.
