    Wow..Petra is back!

    The songs on this album are so relevent. People everywhere will be refreshed to hear Bob Hartman's workmanship on this one. The placement of the songs on the album really fit. It kinda makes it feel like a soundtrack if you listen to it from begin...ning to end. I think whoever gets it will be glad they did!;) Read more Less

    Petra - Revival

    Before even listening to this project I was excited by the fact that Petra founder Bob Hartman was back. As I listened to Revival I was pleasantly surprised. It has a fresh new sound for Petra, something I feel they've needed for about five years. ... Though it has a bit of a milder sound than previous Petra projects it was very enjoyable. I will not be surprised to hear many of these songs as radio hits. Some highlights for me was their version of Amazing Grace and Better is One Day. Petra has done a wonderful job of taping into the "Worship Revival" that has been going on in Christian Music (note that Petra had already released worship music almost ten years ago, before it was popular). I would say that if Petra continues with this new sound they still have a long career ahead of them. This is one pleased Petra fan. Read more Less
