, July 5, 2000Reviewer: Mo - See all Mo's reviewswhen i first heard "little pink stars" way back in '97 i knew i had found a band that was a bit special. after purchasing thier album ("restraining bolt")i was sure of it. a perfect mix of excellent songwriting, a balanced sound and a vareance in song substance (ben kweller can rock with the best of them as well as being able to slow it down and write some brilliantly soulful tunes) makes one hell of an album. if you can still find a copy snap it up, you won't regret it!

My biggest question is, how does this band not have any hits? This is one of the best rock albums I have ever heard. I like every song on it. I've got to look into some of the other albums this band has.
