Synopsis: Resident Evil (2002)

Based on the popular video game of the same name, Alice (Milla Jovovich) and Rain (Michelle Rodriguez) are the leaders of a commando-team who must break into "the hive," a vast underground genetics laboratory operated by the powerful Umbrella Corporation. There, a deadly virus has been unleashed, killing the lab's personnel and resurrecting them as the evil Un-Dead....

    Great movie. Especially if you're into the action/horror genre. Great gun shooting, fighting. Cool bad guys. You get the zombies, the zombified dogs, and even a huge, greatly deatailed licker. What more could you ask for. Unlike in most of these case...s, movies that are based on a game are never even like the game and are stupid. Resident Evil, however, gives you that creepy sense of something around the corner or in the darkness. And it also delivers the pulse pounding action we ask for. It's so like the game. Great plot. Makes sense. And the music is creepy, yet hard and heavy. Also, good acting. They picked the right people for the right parts. Please make a sequel. Read more Less
