Resident Evil has got to be one of the best horror movies. The directer got great acters and actresses. They all did a wonderful job. You do not want to watch this movie alone at your house at night. The acters make the movie seem so real. The zombies and lickers are also awsome. The crew did a good job on the zombies and the lickers. The look awsome. I hope you get to see the movie and love it.

This movie was extremely well done and entertaining. I love the Resident Evil series and this move built on it and suceeded. Milla and the rest of the crew did very well in this production and for all you Resident Evil fans, Apocolypse was amazing!

Cons: Not nearly long enough, and not like the first game
The is an awesome movie! In school, we had to make a Top 10 list and this was definately #2 on everyone's list, if not #1. I love the suspense of the movie, but it isn't what I was expecting or hoping for. I was looking forward to the realistic version of the 1st game, but the action, the suspense, and the total awesomeness of the movie made up for what disappointed me. Anyone who loves horror movies, you definately have to see this one! You can watch it over and over again and still be scared after watching it each time! Now that's what I call a horror movie!!

Nothing at all about this movie had anything to do with the game nothing!!!This movie sucked except the scary and tense beginning where the workers were trapped and the gas started flowing!!!The zombies were done very well and some actually scared me but the movie itself sucked!!!This movie blows:no logic,no sense,no good acting,boring characters,confusing story,idiotic ending,bad special effects,everything except the part where certain ones get killed by a light that keeps changing each time it comes back!!!It was gross but not really,it included the licker and the stupid demon dogs but so what we ask for a movie rooted within the game somehow and what do we get a movie that was a disaster when it was made and even more so when it came to theaters!!!Yet another example of video game to movie disasters!!!I'm gonna see House of the Dead because thankfully i've never played any but i know it will be a lot scarier and a whole lot better than this one!!!!Shame on the creators and actors you ruined a popular game by making a movie that I might add had nothing to do with any one of them!!!When will hOllywood ever learn the answer:NEVER!!!!!

Love it. A MUST see. Incredible. If you are a Resident Evil fan of games, you have to see the movie. Trust me, there's not many movies that I thought were even good but this movie is GREAT.

Resident evil was a thrilling movie with great effects and cast. You could tell that the movie had full on dedication by all who were involved. most definantly and action packed horror story worth seeing again and again.

I loved it! The only thing I didn't like was I feel it didn't follo with the game itself...but I think Resident Evil 2 will do a better job of that since Jill Valentine will be joing the picture...

For a Zombie Movie Lover, this movie was quite good. Didnt follow the game too much, which was actually a plus. Some of the graphics were lacking in areas, but all in all, I enjoyed it immensly.

Base in capcoms popular game, Resident evil at last appeared in the movie. I expexted that the movie was as similar as the game, but there were more improvements when I saw the film. Alice(Jovovich) & Rain(Rodriguez) kicks off undead asses as they escape the deadly laboratory located underground of Raccoon City. You better watch this film now. It Rocks!!!

Great movie. Especially if you're into the action/horror genre. Great gun shooting, fighting. Cool bad guys. You get the zombies, the zombified dogs, and even a huge, greatly deatailed licker. What more could you ask for. Unlike in most of these cases, movies that are based on a game are never even like the game and are stupid. Resident Evil, however, gives you that creepy sense of something around the corner or in the darkness. And it also delivers the pulse pounding action we ask for. It's so like the game. Great plot. Makes sense. And the music is creepy, yet hard and heavy. Also, good acting. They picked the right people for the right parts. Please make a sequel.

This film was one of the most superb film of 2002.
It was enjoyed by all of odeon cinema, and was talked about for hours on end.
this film is one that sould be definitly seen by everyone over the age of 15.

This was a great movie!, and I saw first in
the Theaters and once again on D.V.D. I was
trully hoping for some cut sequences or even
a different ending?. But I guess the director
didn't think of putting that on D.v.D. format.
I hope trully in 2003 or 2004 that they make
a resident Evil 2?. And maybe a better written
script that would make this one of the best
