"Like A" Tim Lejden attacks a few recent treats from the Rephlex catalog, including tracks from Bochum Welt's "Feelings On a Screen," DMX Krew's "Can't Hide Your Love," and Cylob's "Diof '97." However, where one might normally expect Lejden's mixes to be led even further astray by the already off source material (c.f. his warped remix of Speedy J's equally warped "Ni Go Snix"), the effect is more one of cross-cancellation, with supririsingly conventional recapitulations of mid-'80s lo-fi electro holding most of the tracks together. Not bad, particularly, just not...weird enough.
