    Hair Dryer Scare.. started Smoking!!!

    Pros: Dries hair well

    Cons: unsafe

    I had my dryer for a year and all of a sudden it made a vibrating sound... my boyfriend said "wow That doesnt sound so good" I gave it a rest and used it a week or so later and all of a sudden within 15 seconds it made a loud crack noise an...d same thing happened to me as other people.. it started smoking and stunk really bad! It scared me and my son.. thank god I wasnt using it on him or he would be traumatized for life!!! I would not recommend buying this... also they are sending me a new one, HOWEVER it is the same model :( If it happens again I will just not buy their products again and see if there is something further that can happen as far as being reimbursed $ Read more Less

    Pros: Dried fairly well

    Cons: Popped and burned

    I had that dryer for about 18 months. Today while drying my hair it made a loud pop and started glowing red and burning smell. I unplugged it, and threw it away. Seeing that someone else had the same thing happened, makes me wonder how many other peo...ple had this happen too. Read more Less
