Rare Country Blues, Vol. 3 assembles the complete known recordings of several obscure artists: Kid Cole, Walter Coleman, Bob Coleman, the Cincinnati Jug Band, Billy Bird, and the fascinating Too Tight Henry, whose two-part talking blues "Charleston Contest" crackles with personality and is the highlight of this collection.
