Radio Disney: Ultimate Jams collects singles from the Radio Disney collections as well as from other Disney albums and soundtracks. Teen queen Hilary Duff kicks off the collection with "I Can't Wait," which despite or perhaps because of its prefab sound, is a pretty entertaining piece of 21st century bubblegum pop. The album also reaches back to '90s dancepop for Eiffel 65's "Blue (Da Ba Dee)," 2 Unlimited's "Get Ready For This" and Technotronic's endlessly fun "Pump Up the Jam," and goes back even farther for the Village People's "YMCA" and James Brown's "I Got You (I Feel Good)." D Tent Boys' "Dig It," which appeared on the Holes soundtrack, Jump5's "Spinnin' Around" and Hampton the Hampster's "The Hampster Dance Song" are some of the other highlights of this mostly peppy collection.
