    Pros: 365 economically sensible and good meals

    Cons: um.....none

    Most people I talk to really enjoy Rachael Ray. This book tells us why. This is what she does. This is what she has become famous for. Well, this and how to travel on $40 a Day (-; It is because of her traveling experience that I will tell you makes ...this book so wonderful. She takes the best from all over the world and conveys it easily to us who want to bring her into our homes. Some criticize her for using prepared and canned ingrediants. Rachael thumbs her nose at these self-righteous types. She does it for us. The average Joe who works during the day and likes to eat something other than fast food (which the sensical know to be a big NO NO). Easy to read, prepare in a timely fashion, economical, delicious and varied. Doesnt get much better than this in the real world. Sidebar; Dont think "30 Minute Meals." Think 30 to 60 minute meals.     Pros: Loved this book. Loved the recipes.

    Cons: Not enough chicken recipes.

    I loved this book. I use it all the time. Gotta love Rachael Ray.
