    Pros: It is supposed to support nearly everything

    Cons: Good luck getting codes that work

    Con's says it all. RCA's site provides almost no information, and no way to contact RCA to ask questions except by phone. Have Comcast / General Instruments Model DCT2224. No luck with any code provided for the RCU800 under General Instrument...s or with the automatic code finder feature. Also, the RCU800 Model number is not recorded on the Remote device - can only be found by looking at the picture or the manual. Read more Less
