i bought this tv and in less that year i had to have 3 replacement tvs. I kept getting this annoying high pitched sound when the tv was on, called the warranty company there were great, unfornatuly the part was no longer made to fix it i had to get a...ntoher tv. I took over a month to get that tv and when it arrived it had no picture. I had to get another tv, and another wait of a month this one worked for a month and it started with the high pitched noise again. Iv been dealing with rca customer service the hole time and what a joke id been asking for a refund ever since the second tv was broke. They kept saying that i had to have 3 replacements before i qualified for a refund. When the 3rd tv broke i was thinking i finally get a refund. but they told me that i needed another tv i was very displeased and they finally descided to issue me a refund after a week of calling them 3 times a day, did i mention i was on hold every time for like 30 min. Heres the catch the refund is pro rated, so i had the tv for just over a year bought it for $1000 and am awaiting my refund which is only about $550! Oh yeah iv been waiting for over 4 months now when i called them they said there were still waiting for me to answer them on if i wanted a refund or a new tv. Its so frustrating i guess taking less money is so worth not dealing with there people again, i will never ever ever buy rca products again! Read more Less
