    Pros: easy to carry

    Cons: cant get person to person help with it

    ever since i bought it i have had nothing but problems with it now it wont even charge when i plug it to computer and battery is dead. Im trying to get someone to help me with it but NO NUMBER TO REACH ANYBODY TO HELP ME. its a peice of garbage!!!

    Pros: color nice

    Cons: only last a month

    I should have researched this more before I bought it. It looked nice and was easy to handle. After a month of using it, the mp3 player will not turn. It says it is updating the database which would take less than a minute to load. I could leave it ...on for 3 hours and it would not do anything. Website support sucks. You try to submit a question and the site asks for information that not on the site. I did get a number to call tech support so hopefully I can get a new one or my money back Read more Less
