    Ive had several MP3 players, but bought this one for its small size and storage capacity, especially for workouts and for running. I am amazed at the high quality of the interface, the excellent sound quality and the battery life is unbelieveably goo...d. I get a lot of usage - 2 months on average, using it about 4 times a week. Downloads are very fast and convenient. All-in-all this is a rare example of technology that lives up to its claims. If I could improve anything, I would buy the 64MB or 128MB model, for more storage capacity. Read more Less

    support wont get back to you for weeks. There is not an internal drive you can write too, it only uses a proprietary software which is included but that format is the only thing that works with it. You store mp3s as a RCA format, not mp3 format on th...e player, hence you cannot cut & paste mp3s of your pc. but it does work good, is loud and with 2 AAAs will last long on battery. good for a work out at the Gym.
