    Pros: easy to operate

Cons: cant program it to change channels for recording, channel surfing is very slow, when using 4:3 letterbox the bars are grey instead of black and it cant be changed

This is generally a good product, although i'm suprised buy its current prices. I got mine on *bay for $125. Its a good unit. I dont really know how well it does HD because I use it on a regular TV. But i'm sure it does fine simply because it... tunes channels. There is no quality difference between a strong signal or a weak signal simply because its digital, ON or OFF. Most of my channels are 50 miles away. It receives them fine. CONS: switching channels is a bit slow. There is no function for programing channels for recording, I have to manualy make sure its on the program i'm taping. And for regular tv users, the letterbox option is Grey instead of Black and is not changable. Read more Less
