    I SAW PUMPING IRON WHEN I WAS 15 YEARS OLD AND LOVED IT. IT INSPIRED ME TO GET IN THE GYM. IM NOW 28 AND STILL WORKOUT 3 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK, BUT IM NOT AS HUNGRY AS I USED TO BE. IM TRYING TO LOCATE SOMEPLACE OR SOMEONE WHERE I CAN GET THIS VIDEO SO ...THAT I WILL WANT TO GO TO THE GYM LIKE I USED TOO. Read more Less

    If you've ever had a problem getting motivated to get into the gym, this film will solve that problem by itself. You'll be motivated for at least a month on this film alone. Arnold, Franco, Lou, and all the others show great techniques, and entertai...n along the way. This movie has had the greatest impact on my life. I'm not dispositioned for mass like those guys, but it has changed my life, no more am I a skinny little kid. I recommend this film to anyone. I am ask when will it come to DVD. It is my favorite movie. check it out! Read more Less

    this movie brought bodybuilding from the dark, sweaty recesses of weightrooms to the awesome level of acceptance and popularity that it is today. now everybody, whether they go or not, has a gym or fitness membership and dreams of being if not huge a...t least chiseled and defined. Arnold is the one that made this possible. people that claim that Arnold is all muscle and no brain need to watch this movie and see the incredible cunning and ingenious of the Austrian Oak at his greatest. he is a true competitor, a true pioneer and a true champion.
