I bought this unit used. The provious owner said that he lost his ac adapter and found one that worked. no problem. customer support or manual would not provide the ac adapter specs. They required personal information before they would provide a quote, and the quote was for $73. - for an adapter. BOGUS.

Pros: Very smooth and comfortable
Cons: Takes 6 double D batteries
This is the most comfortable and quiet riding exercise bike I have ridden. I have been impressed with the quality of the bike too! I've had mine for over 2 years and have never had a problem with it. It's got a fan and I can monitor my pulse at any point while riding. Although it takes 6 double d batteries, they last for quite awhile. I would recommend this bike to anyone with confidence.
