You will build your prison from the ground up, selecting from seven styles, and then adding walls, towers, dorms, hospitals, yards, and more. Part of the challenge is creating a prison that is firm but fair. Inmates get antsy if there are no industries to work or yards to walk in, which could lead to rioting. Guards are hired to keep an eye on prisoners, and they keep the peace with guns, tear gas, and riot shields. More prisoners add more money to your bankroll, which in turn allows you to build bigger walls, towers, and dorms.
