Pros: Pokemon in 3D action
Cons: Lacking depth and capturable pokemon, repitition
When I first heard about Pokemon Colloseum coming out, I was excited. I preordered it right away. Im not dissapointed with it at all, but it's lacking alot of things. The RP mode is way too short, I beat it quickly. I was'nt too pleased about the repitition that occured. Don't get me wrong, most Pokemon games are repitive. You run get a Pokemon, you raise it you catch more. But it could have had at least a little bit more depth to the catching. The purifying of the Pokemon took way too long, especially the legendaries. I also didn't really like the dual battles. I didn't want to battle with two pokemon every battle.
Over all it's a good game, but I was expecting a little more.
Pros: barley any
Cons: all
I like pokemon and thats y I'm pissed almost every pokemon looks like a fag or fatass.
IF U RENT IT U BETTER GET YOUR $$$ BACK
Pros: Something New, Story Mode, Start w/ 2 Pokemon
Cons: No Audio Dialog, No Rental Pokemon
I personaly found this game to be a breath of fresh air for the pokemon franchise. Instead of catching Pokemon you save them. You finally have the ability to liberate pokemon from bad trainers. The story mode is good and a deffinite improvement over the Stadium games. The battle modes are slightly lacking though. It's good to battle two-on-two but there is no longer any commentary on the battles. That is a little upsetting but personally I think the game makes it up with the story mode and ablitiy to use your gameboy Pokemon in the story mode. The last thing that annoyed me was that it had no rental pokemon section in it what so ever. Which means you have to play the story mode. But then again, this is a "new" game and is no long a staduim game. So don't go buy it expecting the same thing as staduim, for example: no mini games, rental pokemon, or battle commentary. I still enjoyed the game though, you just gotta relize that it was not made to be Pokemon Stadium 3.
Pros: nice graphics
Cons: the user never gets toraise his own pokemon
THe game os really good.there are a few things wrong though.Hero should have started off with one poke'mon, and he also should hve raised the poke mon from the beginning.
