I bought this unit and really liked it. The thing weights next to nothing and sounded really good. Some friends started telling that my voice didn't sound right so I decided to send it in for service. To my surprise, Plantronics customer service turned out to be the best I have ever delt with. I have spent 15 years in the computer industry and to this day, I have never had an easier experience, and I am being serious here. The rep was freindly, she really cared and she had a replacement to me in 4 days. I have had no problems at all with the new unit and I will never buy anything BUT a Plantronics unit from here on out. ...

Pros: Great sound on both sides of the call.
Cons: Main button too stiff.
After a successful year with a Discovery 640, I decided to upgrade to a headset with noise reduction so I got the 655. I was initially concerned about compatibility with my PPC 6700, but it pairs up fine. The sound quality blows the 640 away both on my end and the callers, especially in my van. It's noise reduction allows use of voice command thru Bluetooth on the road and in noisy environments. A best buy! ...
