    fine except for ONE THING

    Pros: sound is ok and it is lightweight

    Cons: earbud part comes off all the time

    I spent plenty of money on this thing and the problem is that when you aren't wearing it, and it is just in your purse or a pocket, the earbud comes off. It is designed to be for either right or left ears and that is great but the earbud does NOT... stay securely connected to the actual headset. I have lost my earbud and have 2 (I think) additional sizes that came with the headset (neither of which were my first option obviously) but I am going to opt to buy a new headset that doesn't have tiny parts that come off when the wind blows, ya know?     It's ok, but I miss having noise cancellation

    Pros: extremely light, good sound quality coming in, fits well without clip

    Cons: No noise cancellation makes for poor sound out in noisy environments, doesn't stay in charger well

    The Plantronics DISCOVERY 640 is extremely lightweight and fits well in my ear. It stays put well and I almost forget that I'm wearing it. The sound quality coming in during a call is quite good. These two reasons are why I purchased it. However,... the sound quality going out is pretty poor due to lack of noise cancellation technology. It picks up quite a bit of road noise while I'm driving, which makes the caller on the other end complain that he/she can't hear me well. Not sure how much longer I will keep it before trying a different Bluetooth product. Read more Less
