To the person who did not like my rating: Have you even heard of Rodney Crowell. He wrote the song Please Remember Me; McGraw merely sings it, badly. (Listen to Crowell's Jewel of the South version to see wht I mean. Jewel of the South is Possibly Crowell's worst album and it's still light years better than this one.)

in reguards to the person who gave it a 1, obviously you dont know your hand fom your foot, because please remember me is the song that defines the album. This album makes you both laugh and cry. I highly recomend it

What ever happened to that Indian Outlaw? This collection of songs are so...well depressing. Tim's music seems to have gotten slower and s l o w e r since he married Faith...

Tim McGraw is hot but this CD is so awesome!! I like almost every song on it and that doesn't happen often. His greatest hits CD is awesome too!! A Place in the Sun is always the first CD is my disc changer. What a great investment.

Tim McGraw is the best. I seen him in concert twice and each time was better then the first. I absolutly love his song 'Its Your Love' with Faith Hill on his 'Everywhere' cd. I also really love his song 'My best Friend' on his 'A Place in the Sun' cd. He is so cute and great singer. (Tim, if you read this.....Hello and I love you.)

This album was really good.The song "somebody must be praying " Touched my heart.It was as if I became the girl in the song,nowhere to turn or to go but somebody out there somewhere is always praying for us..I really think all Mr.MAcgraw's songs bring hope to others as they do to me.His songs can be used for romance (my best friend)
For someone dying or going away (please remember me) or for fun (barbacue stain on my white t-shirt)I thank God for country music because it's not depressing it makes you think about life the situations and it's something to get you away from the present tense.
I really loved a place in the sun but unfortuanetly it was stolen from me,and i really don't have the money to go out and buy another one but every time i hear one of the songs from this album I roll my windows down and turn the stereo up!!IT's very encouraging and I recommend it to anyoneWas this review helpful? Tim's music is the best. When I saw him and Faith in concert together it was awesome. They are so cute !!!! It was probably the best concert I've ever been to. If you ever get the chance to see them both together I would definatly take it!!

The CD was good. The first time I listened to country music, it was this CD that I heard. It wasn't until I heard "Something Like That" that I really began to listen to country music. Ever since then I tend to pick out a Tim McGraw song before anyone elses.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WHEN I HEARD THIS ALBUM! IT IS SO GREAT AND TIM'S VOICE IS JUST AMAZING! EVERY SONG CAN RELATE TO THE LIFE OF SOMEBODY. I AM 16 AND ENGLISH SO I AM NOT BROUGHT UP IN A COUNTRY MUSIC ENVIRONMENT BUT THIS ALBUM HAS INTRODUCED ME TO A WHOLE NEW WORLD! I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT ALBUM!!!!!

I got this CD for "Please Remember Me" and "My Best Friend", but I also love "A Place in the Sun" and "Carry On" since I've got the CD! Tim has an awesome, one-of-a-kind voice.

I love this CD. "The Trouble With Never", "Something Like That", and "Please Remember Me" are really good. I also really like "A Place In The Sun" because people can relate to it. This is one of the few times I'm glad I spent 10 bucks.

I think that this CD is the best one ever recorded. All of the songs are great. Especially Problem With Never,Seventeen,My Best Friend,Somebody must be Praying For Me,And something like that to name a few.

The album "A Place In The Sun" is the best album I have ever heard from Tim McGraw, and I own all of them. It has so many great songs on it espicially, to name a few, "Something like that", "Seventeen", "My best friend", "You don't love me anymore", and "Somebody must be prayin' for me". This is a must album if you are a country music listener, or even if your not it's an excellent album.

I think everyone should by this C.D because it's the best ever! My fav. song is #5 because it reminds me of my best friend, who I love so dearley. And this song will touch you, as it has touched me. It has inspired me to keep my friendship going. Bye this C.D! It's Tim's best ever!
