    Lit has very incredible cds and unbelievable talent, A Place In The Sun is a cd that you must know the lyrics because how the songs rock that you must sing along to them. A.Jay's voice is so great and Jeremy's guitar playing is awesome! I love Lit an...d everyone should have this album, it's great and oh yeah get Atomic and Tripping The Light Fantastic because those albums rock too! P.S.: Check out Handsome Devil. Read more Less

    My roomate owns this album, and he played it over and over again. I told him he was an imbecile, he said that it was true. Since then,
    we both stopped listen to that californian crap, that stupid band without an once of originality.

    Lits second album really hits the mark!

    Well, Well, Well!I have to say fristly that things these days are changing for me. My some what broad minded past is still broading out just that little further.Lit, in the late nineties was something I avoid. You see I hate trends, fashion and all ...mainstream based things. But, only two weeks ago i decided to give Lit a chance, to actually sit there and listen from the start to the finish of A PLACE IN THE SUN.And was I impressed you ask????Well in a word yeah.... well written? Yes. Well produced? Yes. Good Lyrics? Yes, very good lyrics. Good all over Melodies and beats? Yes, catchy, very catchy. Original? Err not really!And there you see lies the answer to what Lit are really and what this album is like....GOOD ORIGINAL MELODIES CAST OVER A VERY COMMON, UN-ORIGINAL SOUND AND SETUP.Are lit just pop-metal. Like Bon Jovi are pop-rock?That answer lies deeper, oh much deeper and u really should buy the album to find out.BBString Read more Less

    This has to be one of my favorite albums of all time. Lyrically, it's very strong and the hooky riffs are excellent as well. Fans of Blink, Sum 41, Powderfinger, Good Charlotte, SR71, Zebrahead, Eve 6, and other similar pop/rock bands should check th...em out. A new album is coming in October 2001 and if it's even remotely as good as this album than it should be amazing. Read more Less

    Of all CDs in my collection, this is by far my favorite. It's not the average boyband singing about something they never experienced. If you like the Foo Fighters I would definitly recommend this CD. It is a wonderfully put together album and is sure... to please. Read more Less

    I bought this album when it came out, then lost the CD, and I HAD to buy it again. These songs never get old. They are listed as alternative, but to me they are proof that Rock is not dead.
