Roots & Influences
Pikeletnamed after a type of pancakeis Melbourne, Australia's Evelyn Morris. While her own music is a soft combination of guitar, accordion, percussion and a loop pedal, Morris is also the drummer for heavier bands Baseball and True Radical Miracle. A Pikelet demo CD was available by mid2006, followed by a selfreleased EP, Tracksuit Pants. 2007's selftitled debut album was produced by Casey Rice (Tortoise, the Sea Cake).
