Pros: ray liotta's performance

There is a moment when Ray Liotta's character talks about King Kong that alone makes this movie worthwhile. Seriously, Liotta gives his usual gritty performance. The story is actually pretty engaging. You should give it a chance if you like dirty cop movies.
