Pros: Can't think of any
Cons: Poor Documentation / No Support
I purchased the Philips PM725s Universal remote and proceeded to program the unit. I used the direct code entry to program my Panasonic Plasma TV & Sony DVD but when I put in the codes for my Sony home theater "no luck" and the same for my DirecTV receiver. So I start the learn feature. It seems to be going well until after 1:00 am when I think I'm finished. I decided to retest the DVD, TV & then Home Theater "Nothing". So I try to reload - no luck. Try to go back with default clear and reload the TV & DVD - no luck. Unit will not except any changes. Took a look in the documentation for support - NONE. Try to go to Philips web page - They don't recognize the description or model no.
