Purchased in Dec. 2005, defective out of the box. Very little response from Customer Service.
I would recommend making another choice of manufacturer.
Pros: Great Picture-Ambilight is Cool

Cons: I had it for 7 months and it's been in the shop for 4 months

Cons: After only 7 months NO PICTURE I have not had the TV for the past 5 months. PHILIPS has taken over 5 months to get parts and I still don't have the TV. I started calling in January. Finally got it picked up in Febuary. 2 days till May and I still have no TV. I have called so many times. The problem seems to be the TV is not made well. PHILIPS sends parts so slow! I could have walked to Mexico and back with the parts after 5 months.
