    Cons: The worst customer service

    Do not buy a Philips product what so ever. I bought a Plasma the first of December 2005 and it was defective. It is now February of 2006 and the part to fix the plasma I have never watched is not available until March of 2006. Customer Service said t...ough crap you have to wait. DO NOT BUY PHILIPS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more Less

    Pros: No... buy another brand

    Cons: No support from Phillips

    Bought this TV 6 months ago at PC Richards, Paramus, NJ with an extended warrantee. After 5 months the TV would not go on. Was picked up on 9/1/06 by one of their authorized repair centers, Frontier Electronics in Hackensack, NJ. As of 9/11/06 They a...re "waiting for parts" SIX WEEKS LATER. DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!!
