Phantom of the Opera is a masterpiece. It's one of the best musicals of the past 20 years. And this recording does an amazing job of capturing the magic of the live performance.
Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford are incredible. They define the roles. It's hard to imagine anyone else singing these roles.
