Drawing comparisons to Wilco with a voice at times similar to Billy Corgan's, singersongwriter Peter Walker likes his indie rock dipped in a healthy coating of altcountry. On his first album, the Los Angelesbased artist hooked up with members of Wilco and Beck's band for additional instrumentation, releasing Landed in 2004. For his followup album, Young Gravity (April 2006 on Dangerbird Records) he recieved help from Aaron Espinoza of Earlimart and Jim Fairchild of Grandaddy. Mixed by Jacquire...
