Synopis: The two most independent, lovable female cartoon characters are showcased in this collection, which is comprised of the most famous episodes featuring the loveable, curvaceous Betty Boop and the mischievous little moppet, Lulu. Betty's undeniable feminine appeal and innocent charm first appeared in canine form in the Max Fleischer short DIZZY DISHES, and a modified Betty went on to steal the show in numerous Fleischer films, until the Hays Office deemed her too risqué. She continues to have a captivating effect, however, maintaining her popularity almost 50 years after her creation. Little Lulu gets into trouble and has adventures with her friends Tubby, Annie, Iggie, and the rest of the gang. Her "everygirl" experiences and humorous escapades retain a timeless feel.
